DOES IT WORK?
A woman learns to recognise actual signs and symptoms of fertility which are universal to all fertile women.
For those avoiding pregnancy, the method has a very high success rate (98%) when used properly. No method is 100%. As with all other methods, if incorrectly used, pregnancy rises sharply. In the infertile phase, however, the risk of pregnancy is similar to that of sterilisation.
For those planning pregnancy, it is the only modern method that helps time intercourse in a non-pressured way and accurately in the fertile phase, even in long or irregular cycles.
EMPOWERING
Once learnt it costs nothing! It depends on the motivation of the couple to learn and apply the rules. It is better learnt from a qualified teacher and requires the motivation of both partners.
